We welcome all visitors and friends to our event from outside the USA.
We do have the following requests:
We have created a resource on this webiste where you can reference all of
the local hotels, please do not ask us to book reservations for you or pay
for your accommodations. If you need more information about local
accommodations we will be more than happy to assist you.
If you need it we can send you a formal invitation indicating that you have
been invited and what the date of the event will be. Please do not
request us to make statements that are not true on the paperwork, in light
of current events in the world today this could be deemed a security issue
and we will not make false statements.
